Reina is a results-driven licensed attorney with 13+ years of dedicated experience in corporate law and commercial transactions ensuring the legal protection of clients in all aspects of business transactions from business registration, mergers and acquisitions to internal employee matters. Adept at drafting and reviewing contracts and company policies and verse in handling labor related issues both in unionized and non-unionized organizations. Specialized in resolving disputes or arranging agreements between parties, whether those parties are individuals or businesses. Expert in company formation and in business licenses and tax compliance tailored for all types of business. Skilled in securing all types of visas for foreign employees and company executives.
Reina is a graduate of San Beda College of Law - Mendiola and the University of the Philippines - Visayas.

Atty. Raisa Coquia
Associate Attorney
Raisa obtained her juris doctor degree from De La Salle University – Manila in 2021. She successfully hurdled the 2020/2021 bar examinations and was officially admitted to the bar in May 2022. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science from De La Salle University – Manila.
Raisa was an intern and later on became an associate of a local firm with membership to a UK established global intellectual property firm. Raisa’s field of expertise are primarily in trademark, enforcement, and patent areas of intellectual property. She left her intellectual property law practice in February 2025 to expand her knowledge and gain experience in other areas of law.

Jamicah Lozada
Legal Assistant
Jamicah is a dedicated law student at Arellano University. Aside from building her legal knowledge, she also has a strong background in economics after graduating cum laude at the University of the Philippines Visayas with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Her professional experience includes working with the University of the Philippines Foundation Inc. and volunteering for the Asian Development Bank. Through these roles, Jamicah has honed her skills in writing, problem-solving, interpersonal relations, and legal research, positioning herself as a well-rounded candidate in the legal field.

Ronilo Madrigal
Legal Assistant
Ronilo has been with the firm since 2019. His experience in the field allowed him to acquire an in-depth command of legal, administrative, and clerical procedures, making him a highly dependable member of the team.
He is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Accountancy.

Roanne Mae Nimo
Legal Assistant
Roanne graduated from Rizal Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
She completed her internship at the City Council Secretariat of Mandaluyong City, where she assisted in the preparation and organization of official documents for the councilors and supported the administrative functions of the office. Through this experience, she developed a strong foundation in legislative procedures, research, and public service, which she now brings into her role at the firm.
